This program assesses the movers and drivers on elements including the rating given to them by the customers they serve, attendance record, their ability to complete moves with little to no damages being done to customers' belongings, as well as other factors.
The first crew member to receive the Employee of the Month award was Phillip Waters. Phil was hired on recently in November. The work ethic he has displayed since being hired helped him earn the first Employee of the Month award for January 2013. He led the Sacramento fleet with the highest number of Reply Cards returned with a perfect Overall Customer Satisfaction score of all five's and received a 100% referral rating from the customers he served. He also had a perfect attendance record for the month with not one late show to work or call off. Phil has worked a total of 172 hours since beginning employment with Sacramento Movers and was quickly promoted from the entry level position of mover to a driver of the company's 26 foot moving trucks. His manager stated that Phil is and all-around "INCREDIBLE" employee!
