Ryan Jon Orner has joined Chestnut Hill Partners as a Director focused on Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions originations

Mr. Orner's primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee Chestnut Hill Partners increased activity in targeted search engagements across middle market companies. Additionally, he will be involved in all other aspects of Chestnut Hill Partners' transactions including merger & acquisition origination, co-investment opportunities, and advisory services.

Ryan joins Chestnut Hill Partners from the Global Markets & Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch & Co. where he spent nearly 8 years working with private equity sponsors in both the large and middle markets through multiple roles with the Financial Sponsors Group and Merrill Lynch Capital.
Prior to Merrill Lynch, Ryan held positions in the Corporate & Leveraged Finance Group with CIBC World Markets and Corporate & Commercial Banking with SunTrust Banks. Ryan received a B.S. in Finance and Political Science from The Florida State University and an M.B.A. from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
