Roger Ketchum, CEO Of Integrated Capital Is Featured On Los Angeles Business Show As An Innovative Investment Expert

Roger Ketchum and Integrated Capital are making headlines for developing unique projects that combine real estate investment and philanthropy.

Integrated Capital is a Texas based private equity management company, with a genuine concern for the betterment of their community and it shows through in their actions as a corporation. Integrated Capital offers alternative investments that are safe, benefit the overall good, and have a very low correlation to the instability in the global economy and world markets.

Roger Ketchum, founder of Integrated Capital, explained his unique investment philosophy in a recent segment of the Grow with Edward Earl Show. "At Integrated Capital, we primarily work with high net-worth individuals who are not happy with their bank CD rates or IRA returns," says Ketchum. "Our clients are concerned about the volatility of the market. They are looking for alternative investment options that are safe but also improve the community. We provide that for them."

In the marketplace today, investors are looking for 3 main things in an investment. The first is security; the second is a return on investment; the third is liquidity. According to Ketchum, "We are also offering more than just an investment with a rate of return. There are so many other components that we integrate into our projects, such as the economic sustainability of our investments that are funded through the state of Texas, which is one of the strongest states in the Union."

Although one of the primary fund selection criteria at Integrated Capital is return on investment, the philanthropic nature of Ketchum's approach shines through in the work they do. Many of their projects are profitable far beyond the return on investment, (i.e.) giving back to the community, serving the greater good, and creating jobs. One of their most recent projects, coupled with two projects currently being structured, will create roughly 110 jobs with more to come.

Another example is Willow Bend Center, which is a 52-bed Residential Treatment Center caring for boys ages 7-17 who are the victims of sexual abuse. Funded by Integrated Capital, Willow Bend has recently expanded from an 8,000 sq/ft facility into the larger 30,000 sq/ft facility. "This program is recognized within the state of Texas as the only certified Child Protective Services program to work with the most intense cases of abuse," explains Ketchum. "The elite program places Willow Bend at the top of the chart for programs designed to care for children of sexual abuse." There are plans to build several more facilities across the state. The program is also funded and backed by the strength and stability of the State of Texas Department of Family Protective Services.
