Rodney Lough Jr. Opens World's Largest Single Artist Gallery

Master Wilderness Photographer Rodney Lough Jr. opened his One Jefferson Wilderness Collections Gallery in San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf neighborhood in the summer of 2011. It is the largest single artist gallery, regardless of media, in the entire world, and has quickly become a San Francisco landmark and tourist destination.

The gallery is a wonderful place to immerse yourself in Rodney Lough Jr.'s spectacular large-format Fine Art Wilderness Photography. He brings the most beautiful places in the world back to his gallery in the form of his photography, which is renowned for its vibrant colors and vivid textures. Rodney Lough Jr.'s artwork has won many prestigious awards, and he has earned a Master of Photography degree from the Professional Photographers of America.

The One Jefferson Gallery was designed to the highest environmental standards. The floors are made from 100 percent reclaimed wood from a century old barn near Rodney Lough Jr.'s home in Portland, Oregon. In fact, if you search it out, you can find a heart with the initials of two sweethearts carved into it hidden in one of the floorboards. The rest of the wood comes from sustainably managed forestry programs, including the thirty foot tall cedars towering in the atrium.

The One Jefferson Gallery is in the location of the former GAP building, on the corner of One Jefferson and Powell streets in the Embarcadero. It replaces Rodney Lough Jr.'s smaller San Francisco gallery on Pier 39 and joins his other galleries, Sausalito and City Center in Las Vegas, and his studio in Portland, Oregon as great places you can view Rodney Lough Jr.'s wilderness photography.
