Rocket Baby Bakery Hires New Pastry Chef
Online, September 18, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Rocket Baby Bakery is proud to welcome Sarah Mironczuk as the newest addition to their staff. Sarah is the head pastry chef and wil be in charge of preparing and developing delectable pastries for retail. She has already introduced financiers and bouchons to the line up, and she will be rolling out palmiers and pop tarts, jalousies – with puff pastry and frangipane and then seasonal galettes. She will also continue on with the customer favorites of brownies, carrot cake and macarons, including new macaron flavors.
Sarah brings with her an abundance of expericence and talent. She earned her degree in Baking and Pastry arts from Le Cordon Bleu, but most notably, she won the Halloween episode of Sweet Genius, a television series on the Food Network, in which chefs compete in creativity and taste to win the prize.

Rocket Baby Bakery creates all of their artisanal breads and pastries daily from scratch, and has been doing so for the past two years at their flagship bakery in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. They recently opened their second location, a sateliite cafe, in Bay View, Wisconsin.
