Rochelle Finances Announced Acquisition of Scientiatech

Online, March 7, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Rochelle Finances (http://rochellefinances.com/) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Scientiatech. The transaction is expected to close in the next few weeks. Scientiatech, based in Zurich, is a leading provider of investment education services, including live seminars, proprietary software analytics, online and offline educational products and individual coaching.
