RoastSF Presents: The Roast of a Bus-Riding Techie
Online, March 24, 2014 (Newswire.com) - RoastSF, a collective of comics that comes together bi-monthly to rip topical subjects and local celebrities, is back! Grab a carton of eggs and your best protest sandals this month they will convene again for the Roast of a Bus-Riding Techie on Saturday, April 12 at Playland bar.
This Roast will showcase the ridiculing talents of some of the best comedians in the city, including Pete O'Keefe, Keith Swiggart, Aldrich Teruel and Jeff Lo. The show also features an array of special guests including local talents Pam Benjamin, Jeremey Talamantes, Cedric King (no relation to Martin Luther) and more. Unlike regular stand-up shows you'll often find their comics drinking before, during, and after the show with the audience. The RoastSF motto: drinking is encouraged -- sensitivity is not.
Join RoastSF as they taunt this month's guest of "honor," a techie who rides the fancy bus to Silicon Valley by day and drives up San Francisco rent prices by night. "It's all in good fun and no one's feelings get hurt, unless someones not funny, then we make sure their feelings get hurt."

Past roasts have included the roast of a lawyer, drag queen, and street kid, with each receiving rave reviews.
