Residential Real Estate Council Announces New Board of Directors
CHICAGO, January 14, 2020 (Newswire.com) - The Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) is pleased to announce its 2020 Board of Directors who were elected at the Council’s Annual Business Meetings, held in conjunction with the NAR Conference & Expo on Nov. 8-11, 2019 in San Francisco, CA.
Richard Waystack, CRS, a broker/owner with Jack Conway REALTOR® in Harwich, MA, was installed as RRC’s 2020 President. Richard has been a REALTOR® for over 30 years. He has bought and sold several real estate businesses over the years and actively services clients of all kinds with their real estate needs. Richard recently celebrated more than two decades as a CRS Designee. He has served on his local, state and national REALTOR® associations during his career.
Alex Milshteyn, CRS, joins the board as president-elect. Milshteyn, who is with Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel in Ann Arbor, Michigan, became a CRS in 2012 and has over 16 years of experience in the industry. Holli Woodward, CRS, of McGraw REALTORS® in Owasso, Oklahoma became a CRS in 2011 and was installed as first vice president. Michael Burkhard, CRS, managing broker at Bray & Co. Real Estate in Grand Junction, Colorado, is the Council’s immediate past president.

Realtors, Lutherville, MD; and Lana Vukovljak, Chief Executive Officer.
