Remedy Health Media Appoints New Sales Director
Online, October 20, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Remedy Health Media, LLC, a trusted leader in consumer health and wellness information, today announced the appointment of Jan Studin to the position of Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Effective immediately, Studin will lead sales and marketing efforts across all of Remedy Health Media's properties, and will oversee the brand's digital and print advertising revenue goals.

Prior to her appointment at Remedy Health Media, Studin served as Vice President of Sales at BettyConfidential.com, where she built a national sales operation and designed customized engagement programs to enhance the brand's profile. Previously, Studin held several executive leadership roles at Meredith Corporation, including Vice President of Corporate Sales and Vice President, Publisher, at Better Homes & Gardens, which, under Studin's tenure, received Advertising Age's prestigious Magazine of the Year in 2007. Studin also served as Vice President, Publisher, at the Parents Media Group, growing revenue by 19% in her first year, and Vice President, Publisher, Woman's Day at Hachette Filipacchi, attaining the top rank in ad pages. Studin has extensive experience in the publishing and media industry, and began her career at Grey Advertising. She is a graduate of Ithaca College.
