Jean Carlos also took the time to highlight a couple of Relentless Events, Inc. team members who are well on their way to receiving promotions. Wilmer is on track to be advanced to the assistant manager position. Similarly, Jean Carlos indicated that Omar is expected to be joining the management team before the end of the year.
As an assistant manager, Wilmer will primarily be charged with learning all the responsibilities necessary to advance into management. This includes human resources operations, administrative tasks, networking, leading a team, and other aspects of the business.
Omar will have the opportunity to oversee one of the firm’s offices, once he has advanced to management. In this role, he will lead the strategic operations of the office, develop his team, and ensure the success of the company.
