Red Stripe Providence Dishing Out Summertime Favorites
Online, July 11, 2011 (Newswire.com) - PROVIDENCE, RI - With summer in Rhode Island in full swing, Red Stripe Providence, a bustling American brasserie and neighborhood dining destination, is dishing out summertime favorites featuring recipes that include fresh, local New England seafood and smoky barbeque flavors.

According to Rees, Red Stripe also incorporates seasonal vegetables and other ingredients into the traditional Alsation dishes on the menu.
Seasonal favorites include a New England Lobster Roll made with heaping chunks of fresh lobster salad on a buttered and grilled roll, Sesame Crusted Tuna served with seasonal vegetables and glass noodles in a Thai peanut sauce, as well as a Grilled Tuna Sandwich with aioli, arugula and grilled tomatoes. The menu also showcases barbeque dishes like BBQ Short Ribs braised in Guinness beer over smoked corn polenta and Smoked Pork Tenderloin served with grilled fruit compote, sweet potato hash browns and seasonal vegetables.
