Realizing’s idea originated when its founders Rohit Raghav, Vivek Agarwal and Hitesh Singla were searching for property in the Delhi suburbs of Gurgaon and Noida. Very quickly, they felt like being lost at sea. Classified portals were, and still are, almost exclusively dominated by brokers who were putting traps and tossing up smokescreens, while there were others in market that were just pushing the latest new launch project or units available for sale. There was no one, and still there is none, out there who could help them research and evaluate all the available options while understanding their individual needs and constraints.
That’s how Realizing was born – a first-of-its-kind Digital + Services property platform focused entirely on user’s needs and aligned solely with the objective of helping users take optimized and rewarding property decisions. Realizing is positioned to be an independent and transparent research and services platform that will not have broker or builder induced biases or impediments.
At the core of Realizing’s offering lie in-depth data and strong ‘usable’ insights generated through analytics focused on user needs. 1. ‘Never Miss an Option’ Zing Search : Maps the available property options on price & size in a single view while helping the user in identifying best-fit projects through an array of smart filters – significant improvement over current map or list based search.
2. City level Heatmaps and Location Graphs : Help in exploring the city and identifying the best-fit locations based on array of factors like price, connectivity, livability, project status, project class etc.
3. Information rich Project & Unit pages : Help in evaluating the projects and units through rich and structured information like carpet area as percentage of total area, key distances from important places like nearest connecting roads.
4. My Needs and My Likes : Helps user save their criteria (needs) and projects/units (likes) for personalized experience and provides comparison of projects/units.
Realizing is introducing innovative services likes Needs Based Recommendations to help users with specific pain points in their decision journey. Being co-created with the users, these services will be focused on addressing all pain points that users experience irrespective of the stage of decision journey they are in or depth of know-how that they have in real estate. Realizing aims to use its Digital + Service approach to alleviate or eliminate plenty of pain that user experiences today. The team is currently focused on providing next-level insights to the users through unbiased content like location reports, creating technology platforms to offer digitized and automated services, and expanding to multiple cities while fine-tuning the data and analytics pieces for nation-wide roll out.
