Real Magnet Launches Integrated Email-Social Message Tracking iPhone App.
Online, August 22, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Real Magnet, a leading Email Service Provider (ESP) and multi-channel messaging and analytics application, announced today the launch of a new iPhone message tracking app that will allow customers real-time access to data and metrics from mass email and social messaging. Available for iPhone models 3GS through 5 and all iOS versions through iOS 6.1.4, the Real Magnet iPhone Tracking App provides detailed recipient response and demographics information, as well as social messaging impact and conversions based on Google Analytics .
The last 30 messages sent are listed by send date when the app is launched and additional messages can be accessed through a quick search using the QWERTY touch screen. Along with standard open, click, unsubscribe and bounce metrics, Real Magnet users will be able get a quick understanding of the email client (Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc.) or mobile device used to view messages, the percentage of recipients using mobile vs. pc, and the browsers used to access the message.
