The RAID 1 function is enabled by the RAIDON SR2045 RAID-chip. With simple push-up ejection, the tray design allows users to install hard drives easily without any tools or complicated installation.

RAID 0,1,3,5,10, clone and large functionalities are supported and enabled by the RAIDON JM393 chip, which allows each RAID setting to be easily configured for performance and security up to 8TB. The iR2940 has two independent SATA ports for each RAID level so that the O.S. and data access do not interfere with each other's operation.

The InTANK iR2940-6S-S2D is equipped with 2 individual SATA ports, 3 power connectors and two sets of 6 cm cooling fans to avoid hardware failure and system crashes. Built-in LED lights indicate system status and the InTANK iR2940 can also monitor the system status through a Graphic User Interface under Windows.
