Rahm Secures Endorsement from Key African-Americans

With the election only days away, Mayor Rahm Emanuel received an endorsement from influential African-Americans who posed with the mayor recently.

With the April 7th election only days away, Mayor Rahm Emanuel received an endorsement from political analyst Maze Jackson, CityAlert.com's Damon Clark, Power 92 radio personality Shag Nice, Global Mixx Media Group's Mary Datcher, Hard Rock Hotel's Juan Teague-Kirkman, Ariel Investment's Erika Summers, Gemini Group's Glenn Harston II along with several journalists, activists and other influential African-Americans who posed with the mayor recently.

"We all agree... Mayor Emanuel provides the best opportunity for the advancement of our generation. When we asked our questions directly to the Mayor, he answered for the present and the future. And he never mentioned Harold Washington. For our group, and we don't claim to speak for anyone but ourselves, the best opportunity to build the now and next generation is with Rahm not someone who is talking about the past. If you were having trouble making a decision, join us!" says Maze Jackson.
