SAN ANTONIO, December 12, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Engineering consulting firm Raba Kistner, Inc. (www.rkci.com), headquartered in San Antonio, has been acquired by Construction Sciences, Pty, Ltd. (www.constructionsciences.net), an Australian engineering firm based in Brisbane, Australia. The announcement was made jointly today by Matt Courtney (CEO of Construction Sciences) and Dr. Gary W. Raba, Chairman and CEO of Raba Kistner. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Raba Kistner, founded in San Antonio in 1968, is an Engineering News-Record “Top 500 Firm,” operating in ten different markets in Texas, Utah, Nebraska, Arizona, New York, California and Mexico with some 500+ employees. The firm provides project management and oversight services; forensic engineering; construction materials engineering, testing and observation; geotechnical engineering, testing, and pavement consulting; environmental engineering and consulting; and infrastructure oversight and quality management.
