Qvidian & Sales Management Association Launch Research Initiative on Sales Content Effectiveness

Research will Reveal Latest Trends Among Sales Leaders

CHELMSFORD, Mass.--Qvidian, the innovator in sales execution solutions, today announced that they, in partnership with the Sales Management Association (SMA), are conducting a research initiative to uncover the types of sales content investments made by sales and marketing organizations and the effectiveness of that content in the buyer's journey. A recent Qvidian study revealed that over 78 percent of professionals felt sales content is very important to the effectiveness of their sales reps, however 50% say their sales asset content is only somewhat accurate.

This additional research initiative will focus on identifying the variety of content investments made, quantifying their success, and determining management's best strategies for provisioning them. The study will dig deeper into how content is used effectively at different stages of the selling process, how organizations evaluate and measure its effectiveness, and improvement challenges that are high priority for sales organizations.

Results of this research will be published in October 2015.
