Push Pedal Pull Announces Monthly Health & Fitness Television Segments

Push Pedal Pull invites viewers in the greater Des Moines, IA, metropolitan area to tune into KCWI 23 for a brand-new televised health and fitness segment that will air monthly as part of the station's "Great Day" morning show.

Push Pedal Pull (P3), a leader in fitness equipment sales and service for the past 3 decades, invites viewers in the greater Des Moines, IA, metropolitan area to tune into KCWI 23 for a brand-new televised health and fitness segment that will air monthly as part of the station's "Great Day" morning show. Hosted by Doug Corson, P3's Director of Retail Sales, and wife Megan Corson, a certified personal trainer, the segment will focus on the most common problems the average person faces when trying to begin or maintain a health and fitness program, and offer real-life, workable solutions to these problems.

Currently the manager of 14 Push Pedal Pull retail stores, Doug Corson has a knack for helping customers identify their fitness needs and selecting exercise equipment best-suited to their goals and budget. He is excited about the prospect of sharing his knowledge and expertise with a wider audience.

"Partnering with KCWI allows me to reach out to people that want to learn more about the benefits of home fitness equipment, but perhaps don't have the time or means to visit a local store," says Corson. "I will answer the most frequently asked questions customers tend to have about treadmills, ellipticals, and other popular machines so viewers can make intelligent purchasing decisions."

Megan Corson expressed similar enthusiasm about participating in the new TV segments. With 10 years of experience providing fitness and nutrition advice to clients of her MadeStrong personal training business, Corson is uniquely in tune with how to get people past their diet and exercise roadblocks.

"We all face obstacles from time to time, such as injuries, lack of motivation, or just not knowing where to start," explains Corson. "I plan to tackle these issues head-on and give viewers practical advice they can immediately put to use in their fitness program."

The first of Push Pedal Pull's health and fitness TV segments is scheduled to air on KCWI on Thursday, February 6th. Viewers outside the Des Moines area may view each segment on P3's YouTube channel shortly after the broadcast date.
