Under Michigan Laws 333.27503 this allows the company to legally transport cannabis cash and cannabis product throughout the state, putting them in a position to become Michigan’s premium transportation company.
Michigan voters legalized medicinal cannabis in 2008 under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act (MMMA), and just recently it became the 10th state in the nation to legalize cannabis for adult recreational use.
