Project Injured Worker, a Non-Profit 501c(3) Introduces a Financial Assistance Program Dedicated to Injured Federal and State Employees

Project Injured Worker (PIW ) is a 501c (3) non-profit organization that has been created exclusively for charitable purposes to improve the quality of life for all injured federal and state employees. In an effort to help solve the financial burden Federal and State employees face when they are injured, Project Injured Worker is introducing a Financial Assistance Program.

Project Injured Worker is dedicated to advocate on behalf of working men and women to make a positive difference in their lives and their family lives. We truly understand that when you get injured it becomes one of the worst times in your life.

"If no one else will fight for the rights of federal and state employees,we will"

Don Eason, Director of Operations

The Financial Assistance Program is a grant program that offers injured workers Financial Assistance between the time they are injured on the job and time when they receive their worker’s compensation benefits determination of coverage decision.

PIW understands every time a federal or state employee gets injured its like going to war to receive the benefits you are entitled to, and we are very happy to go to war with you!

PIW realizes that most claims that fail to get approved has everything to do with the injured employee not understanding their rights, as it relates to the worker’s compensation process. There is a special language used when it relates to workers’ compensation!

Project Injured Worker is only operating in Texas at this time, but we are planning to expand the Financial Assistance Program in other states in the very near future.
