Lane has more than a decade of experience in human resources and holds a master's degree in industrial and organizational psychology.
Desiring the freedom of a consulting career, along with the opportunity to creatively solve recruiting problems for a wide range of clients, Lane became a freelance recruiting consultant for Proactive Talent. "I wanted the autonomy and the ability to make impactful changes for my clients and their recruiting processes," Lane says.
Lane joined Proactive Talent as a Lead Consultant in the summer of 2018, focused on providing OnDemand Recruiting and Recruiting Optimization services.
