Pressmart, a leading online publishing platform provider, today announced the release of tablet compatibility of its vastly popular ePaper and eMagazine delivery platforms. Browser App allows the users to access the publication in same-as-print format from their tablets - iPad or Anroid based devices.

Built on HTML5, the new platform offers awesome app-like interface and includes the key features of paid subscriptions and user analytics.

"With the introduction of Browser Apps, we are strengthening our publisher partners' digital presence, by allowing them to reach out to their new and content hungry tablet consumers. Our pay-as-you-go SaaS model saves publishers from technical nightmares and capex worries" - said Vik Torpunuri, CEO of Pressmart.

"It is simple, quick and seamlessly integrated with the desktop versions - eMag and ePaper" added Vik.

The Browser Apps are published from the pre-press PDFs and hosted and managed by Pressmart. The system automatically detects the accessing device and displays the relevant version - desktop or tablet.

Publishers from 57 countries use Pressmart service to deliver content to their subscribers in Same-as-Print Online Editions in 33 languages.

Pressmart already supports all major eReader devices like Kindle, Sony, Nook and Cool-er.

Based on HTML5 technology, Pressmart Browser Apps is the simplest way of extending your publication's reach to the all new tablet audience. Its same-as-print presentation complements your brand on the new technology platform while the app-like experience enhances user stickiness to your content. Created from the same PDFs and made available on the same URL, as of the eReplica (eMagazine or ePaper), Browser Apps allows users (free, registered or paid) to access your publication from any device alternatively.
