Preserve Our Legacy (P.O.L.) Announces Landon Dais as Board of Directors Finance Chair
Online, February 24, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Preserve Our Legacy (P.O.L.) today announced Landon Dais as newly appointed Chair of the Finance Committee of its Board of Directors. As Finance Chair, he is responsible for providing guidance and support in achieving P.O.L.'s mission, furthering its growth, as well as providing inroads into fundraising initiatives. Preserve Our Legacy's mission is to inform and educate individuals, especially minorities, about the benefits of stem cells and treatment options provided via peripheral blood stem cells, bone marrow and/or umbilical cord blood donation.
Landon Dais is the founder of Landon Dais Associates, a political strategy and community relations firm located in New York City. Prior to building his own firm, Landon served as the Deputy Director of Urban Planning and Policy to the Vice President of the New York Senate. He has also served as a Senior Political Associate of Apafirm Fundraising, a leading fundraising and campaign strategy firm located in Miami, Florida and as Deputy Campaign Manager for Colonel Dr. Rudy Moise for Congress.
He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Morehouse College and has a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
