The Dallas pool builder made the Top 50 Pool Builders list for the 4th consecutive year and was voted #1 in customer service.

Each summer, Pool & Spa News (PSN) releases the Top 50 Pool Builders list — a competitive ranking of the finest pool builders in North America. In addition to the Top 50 Builders List, the magazine honors the five companies with the highest scores in customer service. Premier Pools & Spas’ Dallas Location topped 2017’s list.

Shan Johnson & Mike Ribnikar, co-owners of the Dallas location, recalled an example of when they went above and beyond to serve one of their customers. When a scheduling snafu left a project without an excavator on what was supposed to be the groundbreaking day, the homeowner lost faith and began to look for ways to back out of the deal.  Rather than coerce their customer, to follow through with the legal contract, Ribnikar took a risk and added a completion date to the agreement.  Ultimately, Premier Pools & Spas made up the lost time, completed the project ahead of schedule and turned a wavering customer into one of their biggest advocates.
