Premier Paper Converting Machinery's Jumbo Auto Assembler Popular in Europe

New Berlin, WI., November 24, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Premier Paper Converting Machinery, one of the top international machine manufacturers for the paper partition and slitting industries, has just shipped another customized version of its Jumbo Auto Assembler to the Czech Republic in Europe.  This model is designed to assemble large fiber and large corrugated partitions from pre-slotted strips.

The Jumbo Automatic Assembler features: touch screen controls, a servo shuttle feeding system, servo driven flight bars, a vacuum assembly hopper, and a strip detection system.  Commonly used in the automotive industry for shipment of car parts, the standard line is capable of producing partitions with a maximum partition size (L x W x H) 50” x 50” x 20” (127 x 127 x 50.8 cm) and a minimum of 6” x 6” x 3” (15.2 x 15.2 x 7.6 cm) but can be custom-designed to accommodate other sizes.
