Pre-Construction Pricing Ends Soon for Canarias Luxury Homes and Townhomes in Downtown Doral
DORAL, Fla., December 1, 2017 (Newswire.com) - With a strong pace of pre-construction sales behind it, Canarias at Downtown Doral, the luxury community being developed by CC Homes: a Codina-Carr Company, will soon see construction underway. Townhomes and single family homes constitute the first phase of construction. In all, more than 40 homes will be built during the initial stages of construction.
The three single-family estate model homes slated to open in Spring 2018 represent each of the community’s three single-family collections including the Bali, the Maui and the Fiji.
The Bali’s three-story Model B is a six-bedroom/six-bath home with 4,711 square feet under air and 6,712 total square feet, including an alley-loading two-car garage.
The Maui’s three-story Model B is a five-bedroom plus detached studio/four-and-a-half-bath home with 5,114 square feet under air and 6,924 total square feet, including a two-car garage.

Design West has been selected as the interior design firm for the three single-family estate models. The interiors will include sleek, modern furniture and high-end designer details.
The single-family estate homes at Canarias at Downtown Doral are priced from $830,000 to $1.5 million. Townhomes are also available and are priced from $630,000.
Homeowners at Canarias will have access to The Residences Club, which will include a 40,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring a resort-style pool, cabanas, tiki bar and fitness center, among other amenities. A lakeside promenade, community art installations and gardens are also in the works.
