A senior manager with broad information technology, customer experience, IVR and self-service design/delivery experience, Riner joins the company with over 20 years of delivering complex IT customer service projects in both the cloud and premise environments. In this critical operations role, she will be responsible for initially supporting Talkdesk, as a key member of their contact center implementation team, and growing the support model to scale to their rapidly growing market share.

Riner also served as Technical Support Engineer at Siemens, providing remote and onsite support for a full suite of call center hardware and software solutions.
