True Comm, started providing our eConx media delivery platform to Veterans Affairs hospitals in 2012 and has continued to adapt the delivery technology since that time. The eConx platform provides real-time media as well as on demand media content to the users. The Enterprise based delivery system allows for the customization of the content and the delivery in a secure environment as well as delivery to mobility devices. True Comm is installing DirecTV Satellite systems in order to provide current content to the patient bedside. This capability along with our experience providing DirecTV systems provides the expertise required to complete this project.

The Product
True Communications is adopting our eConx platform for delivery of real time media to the bedside to allow for delivery of media to customers utilizing multiple internet access platforms. True Comm utilizes a Microsoft server environment to maintain the content and manage the delivery while utilizing Linux based platforms like Ubuntu and Fedora for the end user. This delivery allows for the maintenance of Digital Rights Management while making the service available on multiple mobility platforms and allows for compatibility with other media devices like a Roku box.
