The purchase adds to the growing portfolio of PSM clients and services and expands an already impressive team of engineers and consultants.
The all-cash purchase of the managed services provider fits into PSM's strategy and dedication to serving the long-term IT needs of the Chicago small and medium business space. By acquiring the company, PSM also welcomes Chicago Technology Advisors founder and CEO Mitch Kranitz and his staff.
