In order to qualify for the Best of HR Services Award, winning firms received a minimum 50% Net Promoter Score from their clients. 2019 Best of HR winners have a Net Promoter score more than 3x higher than the industry average. Populus Group received a Net Promoter® Score of 65.8%, more than 4 times the industry’s average of 16% in 2019.

The survey measured five facets of client experience: responsiveness, quality, value, understanding needs and proactivity.
