Pop-R&B Singer, Michelle Monica, Signs Management Deal With Harris Image Management

Company Will Represent Monica's Foray Into Acting As Well To Showcase Dual Talents

Michelle Monica, a regular fixture in the Los Angeles music scene, signed a management deal with Harris Image Management as she prepares to take the next step on the national stage.

Monica, an incredible vocalist and songwriter, has performed before some of the largest crowds in the United States and recently shared the stage with Nicole Sherzinger from the Pussycat Dolls, Courtney Love, and Slash, in a major performance in Las Vegas.
"Michelle is an exceptional talent," said Earnest Harris. "We are extremely excited to be working with her and expect major things for Michelle. All it takes is hearing that voice and you'd know why. It's hard to compare her to anyone else, but think Christina Aguilera meets Aretha Franklin, and you have someone who brings that kind of voice and soul to what she's doing."

Monica's talent has already been recognized by several popular music contests, having made it to the Top 10 of Oprah's Popstar Challenge and having been a performer on the American Idols Live Tour after making it deep into the highly competitive American Idol. Monica is also preparing to make a move into acting and the company will be helping her step into film and television. Though she has focused her energies on her music, and while that will likely always be her main love, she has a long history with acting and film. It is in her DNA, having come from a family with many years of ties to the entertainment business.

Monica is prepping to begin shooting her first major music video for the already popular single "A Girl Named George," and it is expected that the video will be an attention grabber on several fronts.

According to Harris, making a splash comes naturally to Monica. He said, "Michelle is a very unique individual and talent. One thing about her is that she will draw you in. The personality, the style, the talent, the voice, the look. It's all there. All I can say is get ready to be amazed."
