Pisces Sports Hosts Global Tournament in LA for The King of Underdogs, the Most Popular 1-on-1 Basketball Game in China
LOS ANGELES, July 31, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Pisces Sports, organizers of basketball academies and basketball-themed events in the U.S. and China, recently hosted "Hoop Comes Home: Los Angeles," a global tournament for The King of Underdogs (KU), the most popular 1-on-1 basketball game in China after only three years in existence. The tournament, which featured 24 players including the NBA's Kyle Kuzma and LeBron James' movie stand-in Sheldon Bailey showing off their talents and skills under the KU rules, is the first of many planned U.S. tournaments.
To all the KU fans around the world, KU will celebrate the Third Year Anniversary of The King of Underdogs in next month! However, KU excitingly oriented KU's first global tournament in Los Angeles before the Third Year Anniversary comes. Hundreds of local basketball elites anticipated KU's first global tournament, and KU elaborately picked 24 players to show their talents and skills under the rule of the King of The Underdogs. Famous Street basketball player "Bone collector" and professional NBA player Kyle Kuzma both showed up in the game. The popular musical group "Shoreline Mafia" was the Disc jockey for the game. The atmosphere of the tournament was unbelievable and remarkable. Lastly, Sheldon Bailey defeated James Evans in the championship round, and Kyle Kuzma was the special guest to present the triumph to the champion.
The final Champion Sheldon Bailey was the substitute for LeBron James in the movie field, and he also played for Shanghai Sharks before in China.
KU didn’t expect the outstanding atmosphere of the game. The players and the audiences were not willing to leave the court even though the game was finished. They all were telling KU about how popular the 1 on 1 game is in America, and they kept asking when KU's next tournament is.
