Pierre Monacelli, Named Chief Integration Officer After NetStar-1, Whitney, Bradley & Brown Inc Merge

(WBB), a management consulting firm focused on business transformation, organizational realignment and process improvement, announced In Febuary of this year that they are merging their business operations effective immediately. The merger occurred after WBB received significant investment from Lake Capital, a private equity firm that invests exclusively in service-based companies.
As part of the Merger, Pierre Monacelli, Vice President of Operations for NetStar-1's Management Consulting Division, joins the executive team as Chief Corporate Integration Officer where he will continue to manage the NetStar-1 portfolio of accounts as well as work with the leadership team to maximize the strengths of both entities while developing go-to-market strategies to expand the client base with relevant and innovative products and services.

William McMullen was announced after the merger as President and CEO of the combined company and Kevin Rowe as Chairman.
