Philogen Announces Exercise of Options Within the License Agreement With AbbVie in the Field of Immuno-Inflammation
SIENA, Italy, February 28, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Philogen S.p.A., a privately-owned company, today announced that AbbVie has exercised options granted under the agreement established in February 2016 for the potential development and commercialization of multiple targeted antibody products for the treatment of immune-inflammatory conditions.
AbbVie now has exclusive rights to pursue development of certain targeted antibody products and is responsible for research and development and potential commercialization of candidate molecules.
