Philippe By Philippe Chow To Debut Price-Conscious Menu
Online, July 15, 2011 (Newswire.com) - BOCA RATON, Fla.- For the first time ever, haute Chinese dining concept Philippe by Philippe Chow, a favorite amongst heads of state and celebrities, will introduce a mid-price menu touting exciting affordability at the new Boca Raton location, launching at 200 East Palmetto Park Road, August 2011. Price points on the customer-conscious menu will be 30 to 35 percent lower than the Miami and New York Philippe locations, and will feature exciting after-work and Happy Hour specials, including a $29 Three-Course Dinner for Two available from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday - Thursday. Philippe by Philippe Chow is one of two restaurants in the United States to feature Beijing-style cuisine, an exclusive type of cooking known for its lightness and layered flavors without any added MSG. Menu offerings with new price points include Chicken Skewers for $5 each, Peking Chicken for $40 versus the regular $55 price, and the famous Peking Duck, named Best of the Best 2007 by New York Magazine's Adam Platt, for $60 versus the regular $75 price.
"We're taking Beijing-style cooking to a new level," says Stratis Morfogen, CEO of Philippe Chow Restaurant Group. "Most people associate Chinese Cooking with Cantonese cooking, which varies greatly from the layered flavors of Beijing-style cuisine. At Philippe, it's all about the artistry of the dish and the immense detail that goes into the preparation. At Philippe Boca Raton we're excited to offer an attractive new price point due to the favorable deal we received from 200 East to occupy this location."
Philippe Boca Raton will be located at 200 East Palmetto Park Road, the former location of III Forks. The haute Chinese dining concept has already garnered much success and celebrity fanfare in metropolitan areas.
