Comparably.com Ranks Periscope Data Among Best Companies for Women, Best CEO, Best for Diversity and Best Overall Culture

Best Company Culture

Periscope Data, the world’s leading analytics platform for data professionals, has been ranked by Comparably.com as one of the top companies in the U.S. in several categories in its latest rankings released this week. As a reflection of its continued focus on creating a kind, positive and inclusive culture, Periscope Data was recognized as one of the nation’s top companies for women, diversity and overall company culture, while co-founder and CEO Harry Glaser was named as one of the nation’s Best CEOs.

Comparably’s ratings for best CEOs and overall company culture reflect employee perspectives on the company’s culture across several categories, while diversity and women rankings came from approval ratings of employees only in those groups. The final data sets were compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies. Earlier in 2018, Periscope Data placed on Comparably’s lists among the nation’s top companies for compensation, leadership, perks and benefits, professional development and happiest employees.

"The greatest contribution I can make as a CEO is to hire incredible people, create an environment where they feel valued and empower them to work together as a cohesive unit. These awards are a validation of values we've instilled since the early stages of the company and a reflection of the talented and caring employees that make up our team."

Harry Glaser, CEO and Co-Founder, Periscope Data

"Winning Comparably’s Best Company Culture and Best CEOs Awards is an exceptional achievement that highlights the absolute best places to work in the United States, as they are rated by employees across every facet of workplace culture," said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “Most notably, the Best Companies for Women and Best Companies for Diversity are determined solely on feedback from female workers and employees of color. They serve as great examples of organizations that promote a culture of racial diversity and parity of women in the workforce.”

“The greatest contribution I can make as a CEO is to hire incredible people, create an environment where they feel valued and empower them to work together as a cohesive unit,” said Glaser. “These awards are a validation of values we’ve instilled since the early stages of the company and a reflection of the talented and caring employees that make up our team.”

Today’s recognition is the latest in a string of exciting recognitions for Periscope Data: The company was recently listed as the No. 4 fastest-growing technology company in North America by the Deloitte Fast 500, having grown more than 23,000 percent in the last three years. Periscope Data was also recognized by the SaaS Awards as the “Best SaaS Product for Business Intelligence or Analytics” for 2018, and was named by CRN Magazine among the “10 Hottest Data Analytics Startups Of 2018.” BI Intelligence Review named Periscope Data among “8 Analytics and Business Intelligence Vendors to Watch in 2019,” while Analytics Insight included Periscope Data as one of its “10 Most Valuable Analytics Brands of the Year 2018.”
