Paul Amelchenko Appointed to Ellavoz Impact Capital Senior Advisory Board
BELMAR, N.J., April 13, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Ellavoz Impact Capital announced today that Paul Amelchenko has been appointed to their Senior Advisory Board. Mr. Amelchenko is a licensed Architect and Planner who has a well-respected reputation for creating many successful and uniquely creative projects throughout New Jersey and the metropolitan area, ranging from retail, medical, and residential complexes. His approach to designing facilities is both unique in stature and cost-effective in construction and has become his firm's trademark.
Mr. Amelchenko has a strong background with inner-city development and rehabilitation projects, beginning with community redevelopment in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Baltimore, Columbia Tennessee, and New Jersey. His firm was engaged by Bally's Park Place to design the initial 72-unit Casino Reinvestment project in Atlantic City. Additionally, the firm has recently completed the rehabilitation of a vacated nunnery, at the municipal building into viable housing units.
