Located in the NW Suburbs of Chicago, this historical home affords a unique "very" private party atmosphere for a small amount of guests 2-8 and accommodates up to 30. Private event planning and event catering, every detail will be carefully planned and implemented personally by the owner, with suburban hospitality. A comfortable atmosphere where you can make yourself at home.
Pine Manor is a year round facility that can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests, has one private suite for prep, a wood burning fireplace living room that can seats 30 people stadium style. This space is perfect for awards, small training seminars, team building lunch, baby shower, or any special occasion. A dining room with antique piano available for buffet style meals, or formal seating for eight. Kitchen, two refrigerators, two stoves, one freezer and two restrooms, One on the main floor and one upstairs by the suite. The widely maintained garden complements the facility with ample space for a cocktail party or outside meeting. The back 1/2 of the garden can be tented off additional comfort from the heat of a summer's day or Ran. Full sit-down meals can be done in the garden / weather permitting.
