Pallavi Chhelavda Reviews Theories of Vastu Feng Shui

Pallavi Chhelavda goes over theories of Vastu Feng shui and how they help shape the discipline.

Pallavi Chhelavda is a well-known television personality that helps educate people about the power of Vastu Vastu Feng shui. Part of the power of Vastu Feng shui comes from the many different theories and philosophies that help shape it. One such theory is the expression of polarity, also known as yin and yang. This kind of polarity and belief of balancing forces of yin and yang can be related to electromagnetism. Both the belief of polarity and electricity operate on the principle that two opposing forces are attempting to achieve balance by giving and receiving exertion. This polarity theory has been refined and complicated over the years with the introduction of the five phase theory.

The Five Forces or important elements as far as Chinese literature goes includes, metal, fire, wood, earth, and water. This theory is one based upon the idea that five different elements shape the universe and all things contained within it. Each element has properties and principles associated with it that define the element. Every element is thought to perform a key role and function throughout the universe and have a different effect on humanity.

Pallavi Chhelavda is a Vastu Feng shui consultant and television personality that has been working and studying in the discipline for many years now. That is because the discipline is very complex and consists of several subsectors and belief systems. Traditional Vastu Feng shui for instance, relies on a compass to give accurate readings about the forces of the universe. Critics of this technique however, mention that solar winds and other cosmic weather can disturb electromagnetic forces on Earth, which can disrupt the flow and cause an improper placement of property when using the compass technique.

A man by the name of Matteo Ricci was among one of the first Europeans to make documented accounts about traditional Vastu Feng shui. In his book the ‘De Christiana Expeditione Apud Sinas’, he speaks about many different Vastu Feng shui gurus and masters that used their abilities to construct grave sites. Ricci believed that the geomancy and astrology based discipline was nothing more than a pseudoscience. In fact, much European interpretation of Vastu Feng shui was of a negative and critical nature.
