Owners' Counsel of America Elects Paul Henry as New Board Member

Paul Henry

Owners' Counsel of America, a property rights organization fighting for private landowners nationwide, has elected Paul Henry, an accomplished eminent domain lawyer, to serve on its Board of Directors for 2020.

Paul Henry is a principal partner at Denlow & Henry, a law firm with offices in St. Louis, Missouri. For over 30 years, he has concentrated his practice on the representation of Missouri property owners in eminent domain proceedings, inverse condemnation claims and land valuation litigation across the state.

Paul currently serves as the Chair of the Missouri Bar Committee on Zoning & Eminent Domain Law.  Previously, he also served as a member of the Missouri Bar Board of Governors. He is the recipient of the Distinctive Service Award by the Solo and Small Firm Committee of the Missouri Bar. Recently, he was also chosen to serve on the Board of Directors of Trailnet, a nonprofit that seeks to foster healthy, active, and vibrant communities where walking, bicycling, and the use of public transit are a way of life. 

Paul is a frequent lecturer on eminent domain and property rights issues at legal conferences, trade groups and to private landowners in Missouri and nationally. He has authored a number of articles and papers on topics relating to condemnation law, including two chapters of the Missouri Bar desk book on Condemnation Practice (4th ed. 2009).
