Owners' Counsel of America Elects Four New State Members

DENVER, February 8, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Owners' Counsel of America (OCA), an exclusive national organization of leading eminent domain attorneys, is pleased to announce the selection of four new members for the states of Hawaii, Washington, Pennsylvania and Kentucky. Mark M. Murakami is with the law firm of Damon Key Leong Kupchak and Hastert in Honolulu, Hawaii. Amit Ranade is with the law firm of Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson in Seattle, Washington. Tara Horvath is with the law firm of Faherty Law in Hershey, Pennsylvania. And Christopher Markus is with the law firm of DBL Law in Northern Kentucky. All practice in a variety of property-, real estate- and land use-related areas, with a special emphasis on eminent domain, inverse condemnation and regulatory takings, predominantly (if not exclusively) on behalf of private property owners.
