Toronto, Canada, June 15, 2015 (Newswire.com) - VITAL MEDIA - Arthur Biyarslanov may be far from his birthplace, but the memories of war-torn Chechnya still linger. He remembers the day he and his family left. "My family and I were trying to get accross the boarder when the Russians started firing at us. Out of nowhere, Chechen soldiers came to help us. One soldier was carrying me and asked what my name was. I told him, 'Nohcho Borz! Nohcho Borz!' , which means Chechen Wolf. My father told me, "it is natural human instinct to be afraid of the wolf, don't be afraid, be the wolf."
The name Chechen Wolf followed him to Canada where he became a citizen in 2011, and now resides in Toronto Ontario where he focuses on his training. He is a definite medal contender in the upcoming Pan Am Games.
