About Anthony Zolkiewicz: Anthony has been a chef for over 22 years. He has been an apprentice for the Hilton Hotel. Chef Anthony likes using different and unique products including Kalamata Olives. Chef Anthony has been an instructor at the Ontario Culinary school for 5 years. The Ontario Culinary school has been teaching recipes to the very diverse cultures and students that all love to experiment with different recipes from different regions.
