OfficeRecovery Releases MediaHeal 2010 Data Recovery Software Suite with Virtual Drive Support

Files lost on flash drives, hard disks, CDs and DVDs, diskettes and now also virtual drives can be recovered with new data recovery software suite.

OfficeRecovery has released MediaHeal Suite 2010, a comprehensive data recovery software package to retrieve files from corrupted media.

In the event of logical corruption of a storage device, user files can be lost. A common example of the situation is pictures lost on a SD card because digital camera ran out of power while writing to the card.

A new member of the MediaHeal Suite 2010 is MediaHeal for Virtual Drives, a utility to repair corrupted VHD and VMDK virtual drive images. The utility supports disks from virtualization systems by VMware, Microsoft, Citrix, Sun xVM. Binary disks and partition dumps are also supported.
