Office Manager Certification Available

The National Office Managers Association of America (NOMAA) has announced the release of their Certified Office Manager study guide for preparation of their online exam for certification as a professional in office management.

The National Office Managers Association of America (NOMAA) has announced they will now be offering certification as a professional in office management.

NOMAA has been working on their general certification as a Certified Office Manager (COM) and just announced today that their COM study guide is complete. The COM study guide is available for purchase for only $100.00. The study guide is printed and placed in a binder in a larger font for easy reading.

The COM exam will be available the latter part of September or early October, however you may purchase the study guide now to prepare for the exam. The exam will only cost $275.00 and is offered online to be taken in your home or office. It consists of 240 questions on general office management to include, human resource management, business law, principles of management, budgeting and control, and more.

Membership for NOMAA is only $50.00 per individual annually until January 1, 2015 at which time the membership fee will increase to $100.00. In order to become certified as a Certified Office Manager you must be a member in good standing with the association.

The COM certification will require some experience and continuing education units to be completed every year once a member becomes certified.
