Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare (“Odyssey”), a portfolio company of Nautic Partners (“Nautic”), acquired Selah House, an eating disorder treatment center for women in Anderson, Indiana on September 29, 2017.

Odyssey, headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, holds a diversified portfolio of intensive residential behavioral health facilities across the treatment spectrum in eating, psychiatric, and addiction disorder care. The acquisition of Selah House expands Odyssey's operations to include over 200 beds across five behavioral health facilities that provide inpatient, intensive residential, community residential, transition living homes, intensive outpatient, and case management services.

"We are excited to add Selah House to the Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare network," said Odyssey CEO, Scott Kardenetz. "Selah House offers an authentic Christ-centered eating disorder treatment program. The home-like setting paired with the clinical capabilities and staff commitment provides an effective environment for women to start their recovery. This acquisition expands our eating disorder services and continues to advance our goal of building a network of quality behavioral healthcare facilities."
