NWA Insurance Provider Grows Exponentially, Expects Further Growth

The agency, which started with two full-time employees less than four years ago, recently hired five employees and expects to add five-to-10 new positions in 2018. This will bring the employee number to 25-30, of which up to 24 will be full-time, generating a potential increase of 1,100 percent. The 2017 annual revenue compared to the annual revenue three years earlier by an increase of 1,500 percent.

The agency was founded in April of 2014 by husband and wife, Jordan and Corie Greer, and shortly thereafter on-boarded three interns, two of which, John Bray and Austin Bolt, remain a part of the G&G team. Since then, the agency has experienced tremendous growth; housing experts in the financial, insurance and real estate industries. G&G recently hired five professionals, including three insurance advisors, an account manager and an account specialist, and now houses 14 full-time professionals and five interns.
