Nutritional Class Series, Offered To Employees At Highlands Oncology Group, Sets Healthy Example For Patients

One of the classes Simmering, an employee of Highlands pharmacy, instructs is “Eating for Energy.”
“Eating for Energy” will cover several healthy-living related topics including: what foods increase and decrease energy levels, what factors contribute to energy/vitality, bio-individuality, mitochondria function and primary/secondary foods. Simmering will also provide a biophotonic scanning tool which aids in pinpointing necessary lifestyle changes for optimal antioxidant protection and health promotion.
