NToffices Expands Office/Salon Suite Concepts to North Richland Hills
NToffices-NRH is NToffices' (North Texas Office and Salon Suites) second development in the North Texas area. It will ultimately feature over 22,000 square feet and over 100 office/salon suites. The development is expected to be complete in late 2019.
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas, July 18, 2019 (Newswire.com) - North Texas Office and Salons Suites (NToffices) broke ground in early May for a mixed-use development that, when complete, will add 22,000 square feet of office space close to the Highway 114 corridor. Conveniently located on 1.9 acres at the northwest corner of Davis Boulevard and North Tarrant Parkway, NToffices is easily accessible from Keller, Colleyville, Southlake and North Richland Hills. Prices will begin at $395/month (all-inclusive) and leasing will start in late December. However, pre-leasing has already begun. In light of the announcement, 4C Marketplace Inc. has committed to pre-lease multiple offices and relocate their headquarters to the new NToffices–NRH location.
