North Shore Events Celebrates Team Member Victories

Team training has also been on the forefront of growth for the firm’s associates. “Two of our associates, Eileen and Adrianna, recently traveled to Washington D.C. for cross-training,” Stephanie recalled. “We’ve created a professional development program that encourages ongoing learning. When we see associates like these women who are working diligently toward their next role, we reward them with opportunities to gain more knowledge and skills that will help them propel their careers with us.”
In fact, hard work and dedication are continually rewarded at North Shore Events. As Stephanie noted, she was able to bring Olivia with her to an industry retreat held recently in Las Vegas. “We had a wonderful time meeting colleagues from other regions, as well as industry leaders,” she shared. “I know the adage that what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, but you can’t keep great knowledge to yourself! We’re sharing what we learned. Of course, we had fun, too.”
North Shore Events Managers Describe Plans for 2017
As December comes to a quick close, Stephanie indicated that North Shore Events has already been working on their goals and plans for next year. “We’re expecting to grow more as we attract new business and help build the brands we represent,” she stated. “I’m certain at some point we’ll be hiring new people.”
Working the current team, Stephanie pointed out that the managers are setting goals that are attainable, but also raising the bar on associate success. “We see growth as also bettering our best results,” she added. “Therefore, we’re looking to build on what we’ve accomplished this year by doing incrementally better in 2017. Of course, with our continual feedback loop and resources in place, we’re setting ourselves up to excel.”
Along with more training, Stephanie noted that the firm would continue its quest to build stronger teams through team-building activities and events. “We’re always looking for new ways in which to strengthen the bond between our associates,” she added.
“We’re wrapping up 2016 on a high note,” Stephanie concluded. “There’s no doubt in my mind that in 2017, we’ll reach new heights.”
